We regard ourselves as legal advisors to our national and international clients. This role allows us to assist them directly in effectively implementing their specific legal requirements in Germany. In respect of more complex cases, for instance in due diligence processes or tackling convoluted financing issues, it is impossible to avoid relying on further support from lawyers in other firms. We are, however, free to select from the very best firms, which in turn allows us, together with our clients, to make the optimum selection for the case in hand. Our job is then in particular to coordinate and monitor the team of advisers. Our independence also allows us to perform trustee activities.
